Dan serves as regional sales vice president, Central Region, for HM Insurance Group. In this role, he is responsible for the Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Des Moines, Houston, Phoenix and Tampa Regional Sales Offices.
His areas of expertise include underwriting, sales, product knowledge, management and conflict resolution.
Prior to joining HM, Dan worked for Mutual of Omaha for 17 years. While there, he spent nine years in underwriting and eight years selling Stop Loss reinsurance to third-party administrators and brokers. His underwriting background includes life, disability, dental, health, voluntary term life products and Stop Loss.
Dan has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
